it's been a super long time guys
and i'm like, ninety percent sure almost all of us have moved onto tumblr, but i decided to come back and check things out
this time 'round, i have a tablet, so i will attempt to strengthen my skills in that area, so i will drop by more often than i have been

well
happy 2012 everybody! went on a short hiatus in mid-november, but now I should be back on a regular updating schedule.
I'm several pages into a new sketchbook and I haven't even uploaded everything from my old one (obviously not everything.)
expect some updates.
with gratuitous amounts of tintin. and stuff.

(also two new favorite things to watch, Metropolis (Osamu Tezuka, 2001) and Downton Abbey.)

Alo!!!
Been a while since I last updated, but I took a small hiatus from DA to focus on school, but now I'm back! With a crap ton of work to upload!
I sort of consider it as a mini artistic sabbatical, only checking in to get some inspiration or to check someone's newest deviations ( *cough cough* LeXCreatriX )
Buut, now I'm back!
I'm pretty busy as of now, between school, writing a ImaJournal, newfound loves Homestuck & Panic! at the Disco, and Just Your Eyes, my novel for NaNoWriMo.
I'm a little less than a third of the way through and I've got 19 days remaining. I hope I can make it in time!
It's loosely based on Fall Out Boy's video for their song "A Little Less Sixteen Candles, A Little More Touch Me" and, yes, while it is yet another vampire romance novel, it has humor, action, and emotional drama besides the average Twilight Saga issues. Another source of inspiration is the television show Dark Shadows ( which is really good.)
I'll post a (better) synopsis in my journal soon.
Expect a flood of sketch dumps before the day is out.
